Tide Construction is delighted to announce that Enclave: Acton has been named Tall Residential Building of the Year at the Tall Buildings Media Awards 2026, recognising the project as a landmark achievement in high‑rise modular delivery.
Located in the London Borough of Ealing, Enclave: Acton delivers 462 co‑living homes across 27‑ and 32‑storey towers, reaching 106 metres and establishing the development as West London’s tallest volumetric building. The scheme was completed in an accelerated 18‑month programme, enabled by the precision‑engineered manufacturing of 505 volumetric units produced by Vision Volumetric.
The project demonstrates how fully integrated design, construction and manufacturing can unlock quality, speed and certainty on constrained urban sites. With a footprint of just 1,090m², the development showcases Tide’s ability to deliver high‑density living efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of build quality and sustainability.
