Tide Construction have been nominated by Assael Architecture in the 2026 AJ100 Client of the Year awards category.
Assael Architecture nominated Tide Construction, a developer specialising in offsite construction for its ‘collaborative approach, technical ambition, and willingness to challenge conventional construction methodologies’. The practice has worked with Tide since 2018, and last year completed The Eades in Walthamstow, using DfMA and offsite volumetric modular construction to enable the installation of 1375 units within a 21 week programme.
