The Green is a 23-storey building comprising of 424 PBSA study studio rooms with ample student amenity spaces and facilities, cycle parking and servicing arrangements as well as public realm improvements along the frontage of the scheme.
The building is designed to respond to both the emerging taller developments to the northeast of the site and the lower density residential buildings to the south.
The site is located in Southall, West London, within the London Borough of Ealing. The location in Southall offers proximity to public transport nodes and the strategic road network. This provides connectivity to central London as well as western London including Heathrow and beyond.
The site not only sits within a strategic location with great accessibility, it also sits within an area that is changing rapidly due to the opening of the Elizabeth Line.
The Green is the UK’s first volumetric scheme to achieve Gateway 2 approval under the Building Safety Act.
