Having seen how volumetric systems could solve many of the challenges facing the global construction industry, he invented the Vision Volumetric system. Through endless research, testing and investment, John has driven Tide to develop increasingly ambitious volumetric buildings, establishing the business as a leader in the volumetric industry.
With over three decades of experience in property investment and development, Christy has steered the growth of Tide, overseeing the delivery of more than £3.5 billion worth of assets and generating a significant pipeline of projects. Under Christy’s management and high-profile advocacy for volumetric housing, the company is leading the sector into the construction mainstream.
